The tenants of the Norwood are actively working to make cooperative home ownership at the Norwood Apartments in Washington, DC, a reality.  Through community events, education and outreach, the Norwood is a place where diversity is celebrated.  Affordable workforce housing is one value we all share, and this informs our goals as we work towards a tenant purchase.
